Instructions

1. Find a great listing (or use your own) with a wow factor or that is perfect for your ideal client. Ask the listing agent if you can preview the listing, share it on your socials, and give them credit.

2. Upload your video clips into the Instagram Edits app (watch the tutorial here). Use 6-12 clips around 1-2 seconds each, leading with your strongest or most scroll-stopping clip.

3. Add your hook, customizing based on your area, the listing, ideal client, etc.

4. Select your font and text style. We recommend using white text with no background and a moderate size for best readability. Fonts we love: Classic, Directional, Advercase, and Danmark.

5. Add your trending audio. Choose audio with the trending arrow that fits the vibe of the reel.

6. Export the reel from Edits, then upload it into the Instagram app.

7. Customize your caption before posting. Copy and paste the caption above into Instagram and update key details (i.e. city, neighborhood, ideal client, listing info, etc.).

8. Add a call-to-action to comment a keyword for more information about the listings. Message the listing links to anyone who comments (or use a Manychat automation). Make sure to keep following up!

9. Tag the listing location and the listing agent, and post!
