Welcome to Selling Social (the “Site”), owned and operated by 12th District Media Inc. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Site and all purchases made through it. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

1. Key Policies

Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the nature of our digital products. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By subscribing to Selling Social, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Subscription Terms
Selling Social operates on a monthly subscription model with no long-term commitment. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your account at any time through your account dashboard. To do so:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the “Account” tab.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  3. Click the “Cancel Subscription” button to confirm cancellation.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription. Refunds will not be issued for unused time after cancellation. If you need help canceling, contact us at: quinn@sellingsocial.co

Individual Membership Use
Each membership is valid for one individual and one account only. Membership access may not be shared, distributed, or transferred. Sharing access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or terms posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes made to the Terms.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding agreement. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity under your account. 12th District Media Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Ontario, Canada. By using the Site, you waive your right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in any class action related to these Terms. 7. Online Purchases

By purchasing a subscription or product from Selling Social:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

  • You acknowledge that all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Payments are securely processed using third-party processors such as Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

8. Content Ownership

All content on the Site — including graphics, templates, videos, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of 12th District Media Inc. or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Share your account or login credentials with others.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Copy, reverse engineer, or distribute Site content without authorization.

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
