My secret for finding Black Friday deals on homes in [City Name] 🏡🖤

If I were house hunting in [City Name] this November, these are the opportunities I’d be keeping an eye on.

🏡 Homes on the market for 30+ days: These are worth a second look. The seller may be more open to negotiating, especially if the home has been sitting for a while.

📉 Recent price reductions: I’d check out homes that have dropped in price. The seller may be adjusting to the market, and it could be an opportunity to make an offer.

🔑 Vacant homes: If the seller has already moved out, they may be motivated to get the sale wrapped up. It’s worth looking into, though every seller’s situation is different.

🏗️ Year-end builder incentives: Builders may offer closing cost credits, upgrades, or other incentives as the year comes to an end. It’s worth asking what deals are available.

💰 Seller credits up for negotiation: Depending on the home and your financing, you may be able to negotiate credits toward eligible closing costs and save some money upfront.

Of course, not every home will come with a deal, but knowing where to look can help you spot opportunities you might otherwise miss.

Instructions

1. Upload your video clip into the Instagram Edits app (watch the tutorial here). Use 1 listing, local, or personal clip, keeping it 5-7 seconds. Use your strongest clip.

Note: If you need extra b-roll, grab free stock clips from dupephotos.com or download the app.

2. Add your hook and make any needed customizations.

3. Select your font and text style. We recommend using white text with no background and a moderate size for best readability. Fonts we love: Classic, Directional, Advercase, and Danmark.

4. Add your trending audio. Choose audio with the trending arrow that fits the vibe of the reel.

5. Export the reel from Edits, then upload it into the Instagram app.

6. Customize your caption before posting. Copy and paste the caption above into Instagram and update key details (i.e. city, neighborhood, ideal client, listing info, etc.).

7. Add a lead magnet call-to-action at the end of your caption. Include a simple call-to-action that aligns well with the post to grow your email list. Watch this training series to learn how to set this up.

8. Add your city as the location and post!
