☕ Finding the cutest coffee shops (essential for those long days)

🚩 Spotting red flags in listings (because nothing gets past me!)

🎥 Filming content everywhere I go (seriously, the world is my set)

💪 Surviving all-day showings without food (sometimes we gotta power through)

🃏 Keeping a poker face when clients say “We’ll wait till next year” (inside: 😬, outside: calm as can be)
