What to Film:
Film a walk-through of a listing. Start with a front-facing clip where you lip sync to the audio: “My house was built on pretty girl Avenue.” Then cut to shots of the home (exterior, interior highlights, or a standout feature). Bonus points if the home is actually on an “Avenue,” but you can play with it even if it’s not.
