Instructions:
β¨ Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Roast sweet potatoes until soft, then peel.
β¨ Mash with butter, brown sugar, vanilla, milk, and eggs until smooth.

β¨ Pile fruit in the center of the crust, leaving a 2-inch border.
β¨ Fold edges over fruit and brush with egg wash.
