Instructions
1. Find a few great listings (or use your own) that have a wow factor or are perfect for your ideal client. Ask the listing agents if you can preview the listings, share them on your socials, and give them credit.
2. Download the images of the listings you want to use and upload them into Canva.
3. Customize the template by dropping your photos into the design and updating the text to highlight the selling features of each home.
4. Download your designs from Canva as PNG files and upload to Instagram.
5. Add trending audio that aligns with your brand.
6. Customize the caption before posting. Copy and paste the caption above into Instagram and update key details (i.e. city, neighborhood, ideal client, etc.)
7. Add a call-to-action to comment a keyword for more information about the listings. Message the listing links to anyone who comments (or use a Manychat automation). Make sure to keep following up!
8. Tag the listing locations and the listing agents, and post!
