Instructions

1. Find a great listing (or use your own) that has a wow factor or is perfect for your ideal client. Ask the listing agent if you can preview the listing, share it on your socials, and give them credit.

2. Download the images of the listing you want to use and upload them into Canva.

3. Customize the template by dropping your photos into the design and updating the text to highlight the selling features of the home.

4. Download your designs from Canva as PNG files and upload to Instagram.

5. Add trending audio that aligns with your brand.

6. Customize the caption before posting. Copy and paste the caption above into Instagram and update key details (i.e. city, neighborhood, ideal client, etc.)

7. Add a call-to-action to comment a keyword for more information about the listing. Message the listing link to anyone who comments (or use a Manychat automation). Make sure to keep following up!
