The answer gives us valuable insight into how we should position the property and tell its story.

Understanding who we're trying to attract helps guide everything that comes next… staging decisions, photography, listing copy, social media marketing, etc.

That's why I believe the best marketing starts with the buyer, not the house.

4. Add trending audio that aligns with your brand.

5. Customize the caption before posting. Copy and paste the caption above into Instagram and update key details (i.e. city, neighborhood, ideal client, etc.)
