A few of my current [City Name] hot takes, from someone who lives here, works here, and spends way too much time thinking about local neighbourhoods.

Living here and working in real estate has definitely changed the way I look at different parts of the city and what actually makes a home a good fit.

Some of these opinions have come from years of being here, and some have definitely changed the more time I’ve spent exploring the city. A few might even get me in trouble. 😂

But when you’re choosing where to live, I think you should get the honest opinion, not just the polished version you see online.
