Part of being a realtor is giving advice that isn't always what people want to hear in the moment. 😅

Most buyers start out looking for the perfect home, the perfect deal, and the perfect timing.

The reality is that every home has trade-offs, every market has challenges, and sometimes the advice that sounds the least exciting is the advice that saves you the most stress later.

My job is to help clients make decisions they'll feel good about months and years from now. 🏡

2. Customize the template as needed with personal details and local information, or for your ideal client.

3. Download the template as PNG files and upload to Instagram.

4. Add trending audio that aligns with your brand.

5. Customize the caption before posting. Copy and paste the caption above into Instagram and update key details (i.e. city, neighborhood, ideal client, etc.)
